- One month. Our rentals are long-term only; we do not offer nightly or weekly stays.
- How do I reserve a townhouse?
- A one-month deposit secures your dates. We accept Bangkok Bank, Wise, and Revolut transfers.
- Are there agency or booking fees?
- No. We are the owners, so there are no agency commissions, platform service fees, or booking fees.
- What is included in the rent?
- High-speed fibre internet, weekly cleaning, access to two 18-metre swimming pools, the on-site gym, 24-hour security, and gardening/pool maintenance. Utilities are billed separately at THB 7 per unit of electricity and THB 35 per cubic metre of water.
- How fast do you respond to enquiries?
- Typically within 24 hours. If you need a faster response, message us on WhatsApp and you will usually hear back within a few hours.
- Is the rental suitable for remote workers?
- Yes. Both townhouses include a dedicated workspace and high-speed AIS fibre internet. Many of our tenants are remote professionals who stay between three and twelve months.
